The staff were friendly and helpful during my late-night arrival, making an otherwise stressful journey much smoother.

Everything is perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodating and absolutely kind staff helps you in any way. The breakfast has great options with baked beans and hard boiled eggs, as example. All in all they offer efficient service.

The hotel was fairly clean and had competent stuff. We had an air-conditioned room with a compact bathroom. A safe and central heating worked well.

The tram stop is super handy for getting into the city, but the rooms are a bit on the small side, and the shower is cramped as. The staff were choice, though!

The Cantonese restaurant on the first floor had authentic dishes and quick service. Loved the comfy bed!

If you enjoy surprises, this place has plenty! Bed bugs, dirty rooms, and free chewing gum on the radiator are just the start. The experience was quite the adventure, perfect for those who find humor in chaos! Just don't expect basic cleanliness, and you might leave with a story to tell!

I almost wrote a raving review if it weren't for the utter chaos I encountered. Bedbugs in the sheets and sketchy staff? Absolutely not! I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but evidently, my status as a guest means nothing here. If cleanliness is next to godliness, this hotel is miles from any divine spirit!

The garden area was a lovely spot for peace and quiet, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the sun. Accessibility features were convenient.

The cozy bed pillows, and I loved how easy it was to hop on the tram right outside for a quick ride to the city center. And a 24-hour McDonald's just steps away was the cherry on top for those late-night snack cravings!

Upon check-in, I faced serious cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms including hairs on the surfaces and general uncleanliness reported by other guests. The presence of bugs in multiple rooms raises significant hygiene concerns, as patrons discovered them crawling on beds and in bathrooms-definitely not what you'd expect. The television reportedly doesn't work across the hotel, which put a damper on my downtime. Lastly, there were complaints about poor maintenance, with broken locks and general neglect in well-used areas, signaling that upkeep isn't a priority here.

The location of the hotel was perfect. the restaurant offered delicious dishes at a high price. the garden view was lovely. the staff was incredibly nice and very pleasant. the property had free Wi-Fi and efficient service. Onsite parking was convenient.
